Welcome back to the housing market 2020 update and in this episode we are going to be looking at Seattle, San Francisco, & Nashville. I'll be covering both people looking to buy a permanent residence AND people who are looking to invest in rental properties/fix and flips. Seattle has been a hot spot for political unrest in the past few months, with an autonomous zone being created, more and more people are looking to leave. Which could create some potential for the Seattle real estate market to not do so well. Seattle is like Los Angeles 2.0, with the Seattle real estate trends, a shack will cost you a fortune. Also the Seattle housing market for real estate investors is NOT ideal for people looking to invest in a new area. The housing market in 2020 has been a rollercoaster and that is not more apparent in San Francisco bay area. Bay area real estate has always been a very posh, expensive place to live, with big tech giants being there. BUT are prices going to fall because of the political unrest and homeless crisis in the San Francisco bay area? San Francisco real estate is VERY expensive. More and more people are moving to Nashville, Nashville has a AWESOME tax rate, prices of homes a inexpensive, and Nashville real estate is friendly to landlords. If you are looking to buy a home in Nashville, I'd give it a huge YES. Nashville real estate is very VERY cheap in comparison to the Seattle real estate market and the bay area real estate. More and more people are leaving places like Seattle and San Francisco, moving to places like Nashville. 0:00 Intro 0:44 Seattle Real Estate Market for non-investors 3:14 Seattle Real Estate Market for investors 5:08 San Francisco Real Estate for non-investors 7:54 San Francisco Real Estate for investors 9:32 Nashville Real Estate for non-investors 11:18 Nashville Real Estate for investors Okay, here is the Housing Market 2020 analysis for the specific cities that you've been asking for.
